The New French Uniform

One of my favorite parts of our quick NYC trip (outside of the big Nēmah moment) was carving out time with Navy for our first girls’ trip. It’s been so fun to watch her develop a love for fashion. She’s at that age now where she wants to match me - but always on her own terms. I’m leaning in, doing my best to let go of the urge to edit. Parenthood has a way of teaching you (again and again) that there’s so much beauty in letting them lead.

For our girls’ day out, I wore Sézane. I’ve worn and loved the brand for years...the thoughtful details, the quality, and how special each piece feels for the price. Their clothes always make you the right amount of feminine with just the right touch of je ne sais quoi.

Hotel Fouquet’s made for the perfect backdrop: that dreamy mix of Parisian elegance and downtown edge, the perfect setting for a little mother-daughter memory-making.
