Really excited to share my experience exploring the new Fenty Beauty Mattemoiselle collection at Sephora inside JCPenney! I created looks around three of my favorite Mattemoiselle lipstick shades– “Spanked,” “S1ngle” and “Ma’Damn.”
We started off matching my skin tone to the proper Fenty Beauty Pro Filt’r foundation
shade. Sephora has this really cool tool called Color IQ that takes photos of your skin
and then comes up with the perfect shade on the spot! The soft matte, long wear,
buildable foundation gave me good coverage while still feeling light and easy to wear—
definitely felt like something I could wear all day without feeling greasy or overdone.
I was so impressed with all of the products, but the Mattemoiselle lipsticks were
definitely the highlight. They are so pigmented yet go on smooth! Not your typical
drying matte coverage, especially during the dead of winter. I actually felt like my lips
held moisture and stayed fresh all afternoon.
Even better, there is a wide variety of shades to choose from. Bold pops and some of the
best everyday neutrals I’ve seen, especially the blushing nude — S1ngle.
