Indie's first trip to New York City is officially in the books, and I don't think either of us will ever forget it.

These red track pants were the perfect outfit for a long day of travel. I paired them with my oversized button down, which was my go-to for layering over everything, day or night.
For shoes, I kept it comfortable with sneakers and flats. Woven flats are my obsession right now, and I have so many pairs in my closet including this ballet style and jelly sandal.
Overall, we had a quick but amazing trip. Watching him see it all for the first time - the lights, the noise, the buildings that go on forever - made me fall in love with this city all over again.
