Early resolutions are on my mind this month. With upcoming travel quickly approaching the holiday feels like it’s in fast forward.
When things get hectic and wild, I force myself to step away from the computer and out into the fresh air. Things tend to make more sense under an open sky.
A walk, a run, a quiet moment sitting still- this is where my clarity comes from. Things magically move into focus and suddenly I see the way.
Rather than focusing on working out or working, my intentions for 2017 are about feeling strong and able. I plan to slow things down and spend more time outside, whatever the activity.
Nordstrom is always a go-to for me when it comes to activewear that’s truly versatile. I want pieces that can travel, run, hike, yoga, all of it. . . This new group of Nike stuff is going straight into the suitcase for whatever adventure awaits. xx-M
