Is my predicability becoming amusing yet? I’ve got this insatiable obsession with Free People’s summer wear and it kills me every time I step foot in the store. Every piece is the exact aesthetic that I find so dreamy and whimsical…anddd once again I am subject to leaving with more than intended. Funny how that happens. More than anything, the short collection really caught my attention..reasonable lengths, distressing, crochet accents, tiered eyelet, fringe, smocked lace, tie dye….I could go on. Departing from the 5in cutout wedges halfway through shooting this look was the wisest of choices…not to mention, the safest. Attempting to maneuver over rocks just barefoot alone was already quite the feat. The cold water rushing around my feet while twirling acting like a child was refreshing and highly entertaining for the camera man. I’m not sure where to begin with this Free People’s daisy lace…tiered skirting, lace trimming, bell sleeves, and biggest influencer of all, the asymmetrical hemline. No doubt, it will be key summer piece!
PS- the necklace is no longer available at Nordstrom (in trend section), however I listed a few other options ANDDD the dress fits fairly big so I would advise ordering down. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thank you so so much for reading! Have a great day!

My favorite part of all of this is the leather jacket’s wide draped collar wrapped loosely by a hook and eye closure. I’ve almost made it to the checkout with this thing several times, until the appeal was just too much. BCBG’s current deal (spend $350 get $100 off) also enticed me nonetheless. This deal ends tonight so act quick if you so choose. In other news, I’m excited to finally share a recent addition to my bag collection. I’m finding as I get older, I’ve become more apt to wait for that perfect bag that I will carry forever, opposed to buying lesser quality here and there. I’ve had my eye on the Philip Lim’s satchel for some time now and upon arrival last week, there was absolutely no disappointment. The two dresses are both looks I wore through NFW fashion week. With each I transitioned from day to night by throwing the leather on and changing my hair and lip. Even better, both were on sale!
