One of the many things I love most about summer is throwing on a beautiful maxi dress. A great choice for day and evening, the maxi is so effortless, easy, and most importantly, comfortable! I found this silk floral at Anthropologie for my rehearsal dinner a little over three years ago and it has undoubtedly continued to be one of my favorite pieces I own. I’m not sure what I love most…vibrant color and florals, front pockets, or the extended drop waist. Unfortunately, I was unable to find this dress to purchase, however, I collaged a few other options that would make great additions to your closet (see pictures & link below).

It looks beautiful on, and definitely needs a wide belt. On the hanger it’s ok, but on, it’s so pretty. This dress has alot of material, so belting enhances the flowiness and almost “pleats” the bottom. I’m going back for it!
